As well as being a husband and father to two girls, I am CEO of LeaderShape Global and Co-President/VP for Balanced Leadership for PWN London.
Following careers in the life sciences and telecommunications sectors, I set up LeaderShape in 2004. It is a global leadership development organisation that operates in the public, private and not for profit sectors through the delivery of programmes, facilitation and coaching.
I am an author of the various publications including the book Leading Beyond the Ego – How to become a Transpersonal Leader published by Routledge early in 2018. My white paper, Women, Naturally Better Leaders for the 21st Century, published in 2016 by Routledge drew on research based on gender differences from 360° assessments and has been downloaded around the world. I have been fortunate to be invited to speak at international events on issues around developing women leaders and gender balanced organisations.
I trained as a coach at the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring, am a past committee member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
