Corinne Hirsch capitalizes on three strong professional roles: a Senior Executive in global company, a corporate consultant and an expert in gender balance.
Her career in the corporate world started 25 years ago with Yoplait (a global food company), where she became the group’s first woman to head an International sales area: Asia Pacific. Corinne then moved to LH2-Louis Harris (a market survey company) as Client Director, with the responsibility of advising several global FMCG companies.
Alongside her career, Corinne has always been deeply involved with NGOs and women networks, particularly with EuropeanPWN-Paris, where she participated in several projects since 2002 such as new members management, a satisfaction survey for the network, organizing the Best Of event, animations for Corporate and Academic partnerships, Mentorship etc. Corinne became VP Think Tank in 2012.
Quite naturally, Corinne shifted her professional career towards gender balance - confirming her very early and long lasting commitment on the subject.
In 2008, she coordinated the “Baromètre de confiance des femmes cadres”, a survey deployed among 23 000 women, through 43 women networks and integrated to the official report on professional equality between men and women led by Brigitte Grésy.
From 2010 to 2012, Corinne headed the “Women’s Foundation for the Mediterranean”, as Executive Director, joining forces to work towards the emancipation, autonomy and strengthening of women’s conditions in the Euro-Mediterranean region and to foster gender equality.
Corinne is one of the founders and currently a board member of “Laboratoire de l’Egalité”, which gathers 1000 members who share the common drive for the promotion of gender balance in the professional world. She is the leader for Women’s Entrepreneurship subjects.
Corinne now acts as a gender balance expert in various operations with NGOs, women’s networks, private companies or public institutions.
