Aude Latouche is the founder and managing director of AL Corporate Advice, a consulting company specialised in strategic and financial advice to corporates with high entrepreneurial mindset or family background.
In 2007, after several years in mergers & acquisitions, strategy and business development, Aude answered to her “entrepreneurial call” by creating her company. She wanted to bring the expertise developed in large corporates to smaller companies, while leveraging on their specificity.
She thus created AL Corporate Advice which relies on the alliance of business expertise and coaching techniques to ensure companies development and/or transmission.
Aude has advised a number of corporates and executives on the definition of their strategic vision, its implementation through specific transactions, and its successful completion through ad-hoc coaching. She has been actively involved on entrepreneurial issues since joining back PWN.
Keen on contributing to the development of early-stage companies and start-ups, she also runs the “Jeunes pousses” program, dedicated to non-laureate candidates to the “Prix de l’Entrepreneure Responsable”.
Aude graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris, Sciences Po Paris and INSEAD MBA, and is certified in coaching. She is Vice-president of the Professional Association of Financial Advisors ACIFTE.
