Margaret founded Oxybul éveil & jeux after eight years in the corporate world with Procter & Gamble. She led the company through strong growth before selling the brand to PPR/Fnac in 2001. She returned in 2006 to pilot the company through the ongoing multi-channel revolution, merge its retail and Internet activities and accompany its sale to the new owner, ID Group.
Margaret has actively supported the promotion of women’s careers and entrepreneurship through PWN, first as initiator of the Think Tank and Vice President of the Paris network, then as President of the Global network. She co-authored “Women, Careers and Competitive Advantage in the New Millennium” in the EuropeanPWNWomen@Work series.
Margaret holds a degree in engineering from Warwick University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is British and has lived in France for over 30 years.
